ANALYTICAL PROCEDURES
As we know, different analysis procedures
provide different values for UIP for the
same product. This table shows the values
for Soy Pass® and SoyPlus using different
procedures. The same sample of each product
was split and analyzed by each procedure.
Note the variation in UIP values for each
product based on the procedure used. However,
Soy Pass® consistently contained about
40% more UIP, regardless of the procedure
used.
